Reporting to the Board of Directors, lead fundraising, finance, people, partnerships, and operational excellence to build a foundation for the 95-year-old institution’s next phase of transformative growth. Manage a treasury of >$5MM and annual budget of $2MM with 17 direct and indirect reports. Interim agreement concludes in May 2026.

Transformed operations for a $5MM/year national nonprofit with >25 employees from underperformers into drivers of real impact. Led a major rebrand and communications strategy that delivered revenue gains exceeding $7.5MM and increased total enrollment by greater than 3x while reducing costs by $1M.

Founded a new department to improve service delivery for a $40MM organization serving tens of thousands of clients per year. Turned our critics into advocates by driving record-breaking outcomes, rebuilding a fractured team, and restoring the community’s trust. Promoted from Senior Manager in July 2021.

Oversaw a complex, multimillion-dollar portfolio of programs funded by both the public and private sector, turning intangible aspirations into measurable outcomes. Drove strategy across one of most visible areas of the organization’s work. Promoted from Specialist in September 2015 and Coordinator in February 2017.
